Are you having retention issues?
If you answered yes to the above, I have one question...
Are you storing your adhesive properly?
If you answered yes, let’s save that for another day and topics of discussion.
If you answered no or if you questioned if you were or not - Then this post is for you.

1. Store in an air tight container ; my go-to is @lashaffairbyjp airtight storage container
2. Utilize silica beads that your adhesive comes with; Praise @untamedartistry for these cute little packets 🙏🏼 You can also find silica beads on amazon, by just typing that into the search bar.
3. Ensure the environment you are storing your adhesive in meets all the requirements of the manufacturers instructions
4. Dispose of your adhesive properly, if past it’s time, do not keep it in the storage container with your fresh bottle of adhesive.
𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 = 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 as the silica beads are soaking up the extra moisture in the container that you store your adhesive in. Preventing any condensation and moisture from getting inside your adhesive. Since we’re opening and closing those bottles all day long, we can at least be preemptive to lessen the moisture in our bottles further.
When we dispense our adhesive, it should look like these two beautiful round domes featured in the first picture & the drop should be refreshed every 15-30 minutes depending on your environment.
