Les dejamos una receta buenísima, bien antidomingo, de la genia de @come.consciente (por acá somos sus fans!). Riquísima, se hace en dos patadas y se disfruta mucho! Barritas Havannet Ingredientes: • 1/2 taza de coco rallado @elmercadoorganico • 1/2 taza de avena @elmercadoorganico • 1 huevo • Esencia de vainilla • 1 chorrito de endulzante (opcional) • 4 cucharadas de dulce de leche sin azúcar de @naturalhome.escobar • 90 gramos de chocolate semi amargo para cobertura • 1 chorrito de aceite de coco o girasol Procedimiento • Mezclar en un bowl el coco rallado, la avena, el huevo, la esencia de vainilla y el chorrito de endulzante. Integrar con cuchara. • Colocar la preparación en budinera de silicona o budinera con papel manteca. • Forrar el molde con la preparación y llevar a horno a 180 grados por 20 minutos. Dejar enfriar y desmoldar. • Colocar sobre la base el dulce de leche. • Fundir el chocolate con un chorrito de aceite en el microondas o al fuego. Luego esparcirlo por toda la superficie del budín. • Refrigerar por algunas horas y luego cortar en barritas. • Disfrutar SIN CULPA! Cuéntennos después cómo les sale! Add wet ingredients and mix well. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes. When you spend hot summer day cycling 30km and really cant be bothered go food shopping, yet starving to death - you improvise with what’s left in your fridge 😂😂😂 Beef Tenderloin with Peas & Leaks⁣ ⁣ You’ll need:⁣ - 100g of beef tenderloin⁣ - 2 handfulls of frozen peas⁣ - half of leak, chopped⁣ - 3 asparagus, chopped⁣ - 2 tbsp of olives, halved⁣ - 2 radishes, chopped⁣ - olive oil⁣ - dash of beer ⁣ - 2 cloves of garlic, crushed⁣ ⁣ Slice beef into 2cm thick medallions, marinate in olive oil and dash of beer. ⁣ ⁣ Heat the pan and add peas, asparagus, leak and garlic. Simmer till soft. Transfer to a bowl, add radish and olives and mix together. ⁣ ⁣ Heat the pan, add beef medallions, pour marinate and fry for about 1min each side. Meaning your daily caloric expenditure must exceed your intake. You must meticulously track your calories and test and measure your body composition results to determine whether you are achieving your designed results. The aim is to maintain as much muscle mass as possible (progressive overload weight training) while incrementally losing body fat to ensure you can sustain your health and hormones in check. NOT starving yourself on poverty calories and doing endless cardio and weight sessions causing burnout and hormonal imbalances. _ Now there’s no denying reaching single digit body fat percentages are not optimal for health neither advised to sustain long term. Therefore the rate of fat loss decreases along with low body fat readings as the body tries hard to keep the essential fat. You need to be more aggressive with calorie deficit to reach peak condition. Let’s talk about good things. February 17th Funny story: el día antes del concierto me enfermé horrible 🤢y al día siguiente no salí de la cama, ni comí ni me moví 🤒 por qué no tenía ganas de nada, además me quedé dormida🤦🏻‍♀️ desperté minutos antes de que cerraran la entrada al stadium 😅 anyways llegué feeling like in fu**ing hell y me dió una pálida justo en la mitad del concierto🥴me senté durante estas dos canciones, fueron las más calmadas y las que más emocional me pusieron, la primera me recordó mi infancia además de lo feliz y freaking out que mi yo de 10 años estaba, la segunda es más nueva y habla de no rendirse ante (personas) o malos momentos. Saliendo casi me desmayo de camino a mi casa fue un show en el autobús del que no andaba ser protagonista 🤭🤪.... soooo basically aunque todo parezca sh*t y te sientas como que te estás muriendo de cualquier forma, todo pasa! PATATE DOUCE ROTIE ET TOFU A LA MOUTARDE Après avoir découvert (progressivement ^^) le tofu fumé et le tofu aux herbes, je voulais essayer de cuisiner le tofu nature! Bon on m'avait prévenu que c'était assez fade et donc de bien le mélanger à autre chose. Je n'avais pas envie de le cacher dans une quiche ou dans une galette de légumes mais plutôt de lui réserver un bon assaisonnement. 😀 Pari réussi grâce à une découpe en petits dés, un passage à la poêle avec des échalotes, du persil, du paprika et une bonne dose de moutarde.
