Honey Chipotle Chicken By @ashleylovestocook ~ 1.25 lb. chicken breast tenderloins 3 Tbsp. Adobo sauce, from a can of chipotles in adobo 2 Tbsp. Olive oil 2 Tbsp. Honey, agave, or maple syrup 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp. Honey mustard 2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper Combine ingredients in a ziplock bag and let chicken marinate in refrigerator several hours. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour chicken and marinade into pan and cook until browned on both sides. Lime Quinoa 1 c. Water 1/2 c. Quinoa 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. coconut oil Zest and juice from 1 lime Bring water to boil and add all ingredients except lime zest and juice. Reduce to low and cook 20 min. Remove from heat and stir in lime zest and juice. Salad Chopped romaine and spinach Cucumber Tomato Green onion Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing: 1 Tbsp. Olive oil, 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar, juice from 1 lime, 2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

Kora-2 jajeta ulupati mixerom, penasto, dodati 100gr mlevenih oraSa, 2kocke topljene čokolade sa min.75% kakaa (ja koristim najlepše želje), zaslađivač po želji (ja sam koristila tečnu steviu),i 1/2 pzp, sve umutiti, sipati u kalup na papir za pečenje i u rernu na 180°C oko 15-20min. . Fil-400ml grčkog jogurta, 2dcl balans protein jogurta i 60gr milky wheya od jagode (ne pitajte me za zamene, ovde nema zamene😁😁) i dodala sam 3 izgnječene jagode da bude lepša boja😁 Takođe da vas preduhitrim-ne pitajte me za whey-Ove drugih proizvođača i ukusa, za sjajan ukus garantujem samo za ovaj, ja ga obožavam😋 . Kada se kora ispeče, ostaviti malo da se ohladi, izvaditi papir za pečenje i vratiti je u kalup, preliti preko fil i u zamrzivač na 1h. I to je to. .
