Vi lascio la mia ricettina fatta con alcuni cambiamenti,ma vi invito a visitare la sua pagina ricca e golosa! 100 g zucca cotta al forno-100 g purea di mela-50 g yogurt greco 0%-50 g farina di castagne-20 g farina di ceci-30 g farina di riso-8 g cacao magro amaro 30 ml albume-80 ml bevanda riso e cocco-stevia e lievito Ho frullato tutto e cotto in forno a 180°. Una volta raffreddato l'ho diviso a cubetti...9 in totale(uno finito subito nella mia pancia) e gli altri suddivisi per due colazioni! Ieri topping con sciroppo zero al lampone e lamponi e oggi (nelle storie)con cremina al cioccolato e mirtilli!! IN SLECHTS 7 WEKEN TIJD! Ik ben nog maar een paar weken bezig met mijn Ruggengraat programma, maar ben al erg tevreden hoe het gaat! Ik heb al eens eerder het Ruggengraat programma gevolgd, alleen deed ik dit toen in een rustige periode waarin mijn ritme een stuk minder hectisch was dan nu. Ik zag dat mijn resultaat een beetje verwaterde en dat ik met de nachten doorhalen en vreetbuien van alle deadlines niet mijn beoogde resultaat ging behalen. Dus er moest als de wiedeweerga een stok achter de deur komen. Mijn coach heeft mij geleerd om mijn eetpatroon om te draaien (s ochtends minder en s avonds weer meer eten) waardoor ik makkelijker ook spontane etentjes kon hebben en rustig (zonder eetbuien) aan mijn deadlines kon werken. Mijn coach motiveert mij en denkt met me mee tot er een oplossing is. Als ik een keer te veel heb gegeten dan maken we een plan hoe we het weer recht kunnen trekken. Ik ben benieuwd naar de volgende 6 weken!
