Buen día!! Para este 25 de Mayo🇦🇷 te dejo esta receta para pastelitos más livianos que los comunes😏😉 No es una receta fit, pero somos seres humanos antes que nada, así que si te querés dar un gusto, prefiero que te lo des de una manera más saludable que si lo compras y ni siquiera sabes que le ponen😬pero si sabes que son fritos y súper azucarados😂 Ingredientes: ✔300gr de harina( puede ser integral o la que prefieras) ✔2 cdas de aceite ✔1 cdita de sal ✔2 cdas de azúcar ✔20 gr de polvo para hornear ✔1 clara ✔150cc de agua ✔un chorrito de escencia de vainilla ✔un dulce a elección( el de batata está subido en el post de pastafrola) Procedimiento: en un bowl colocar 1 taza de harina, hacer un huequito y colocar la sal, el azúcar y la levadura, el huevo batido y la escencia de vainilla. Mezclar todo. Ir agregando de a poco el resto de harina e ir incorporando el agua tibia hasta poder empezar a amasarlo, depende del tamaño del huevo y de la humedad del ambiente si necesitas un poquito más de harina. Luego de amasarlo hasta que quede "tierno", lo dejas reposar 30 min. Estiras la masa hasta lograr 1 cm de espesor aprox y cortas en cuadraditos(pueden hacerlo con un molde o con cuchillo), vas a mojar los bordes y en el centro colocas el dulce, luego tapas con otro cuadradito y pegas bien los bordes para luego darles la formita de pastelito (sacas las 4 puntitas para afuera). Llevas a una fuente previamente aceitada y al horno precalentado, arriba podes pincelarlas con leche. Lo dejas 15 min o hasta que estén bien doraditos. The picture on the right was taken yesterday! 7 months ago I made a winning choice. I came across a casting call about losing weight and radically transforming your body on backstage.com.
