Here's our favourite 5 minute smoothie bowl 👇🍓⁠ ⁠ What you need:⁠ ⁠ 1 heaping cup organic frozen mixed berries⁠ 1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)⁠ 2-3 Tbsp light coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)⁠ 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice* (optional)⁠ TOPPINGS⁠ 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (desiccated)⁠ 1 Tbsp chia seeds⁠ 1 Tbsp hemp seeds⁠ Granola (optional)⁠ Berries of your choosing !⁠ ⁠ Instructions⁠ Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain - see photo.⁠ Add a bit of coconut or almond milk and protein powder (optional), and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency (see photo).⁠ Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls (amount as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size) and top with desired toppings (optional). I prefer chia seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut, but strawberries, granola, and a nut or seed butter would be great here, too!⁠ ⁠ Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. ⁠ ⁠ Hope you love it as much as we do ! 💜

Sweet potato tuna melts🤩 honestly one of the best recipes I have ever created ❌🧢 I had this for lunch today and will now have it every lunch ever thank u very much🤩 Super simple and super tasty this is a 👏🏼 must 👏🏼 save! • Steam a medium sweet potato in the microwave for ~4 minutes. While that steams, combine a can of drained tuna, 1/4 cup shredded spinach, 1 oz of @nancysyogurt oat yogurt, tbsp of mustard, and tbsp of sriracha. Cut the sweet potato in half and make cuts down the middle of the halves. Fill those cuts with the tuna salad. Place @followyourheart mozzarella slice on each half and broil until melted and bubbly (only a couple of minutes) top with salt and pepper, stuff yo face, and make it again🥳

S’mores banana protein bread using @bowmar_nutrition vegan protein —> One thing this quarantine has taught me ?? is that I can bake!😂 . 👇🏼 Ingredients * 1 egg * 2 Tbsp egg whites (I use simply egg whites from the carton) * 2 Tbsp brown sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce * 3 medium mashed banana's * 1 scoop banana vegan protein * 1 cup flour * ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder * Crushed graham crackers (26g) All crackers are different sizes, the ones I buy come in squares and 4 is equal to 26g * 1 tsp baking powder * ½ tsp baking soda * 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips * ¼ cup marshmallow fluff * 1 square (10g) lindt 70% dark chocolate, melted Instructions * Preheat oven to 350F, spray a regular size loaf pan with some cooking spray. * In a bowl whisk together your egg and egg whites, stir in your brown sugar and mix well. * Mix in banana, apple sauce and vanilla. * Stir in flour, cocoa powder, protein , baking powder and soda and crushed graham crumbs but leave 1 Tbsp aside for topping, I crush mine the old fashioned way, in a small zip lock and use a heavy glass. * Mix well then fold in your chocolate chips, pour batter out into your loaf pan. * Bake in oven for 45 minutes. * Let cool for 30 minutes then remove loaf from tin. * Melt your marshmallow fluff in microwave for approx 30 seconds, it will rise then spread quickly over your loaf, then melt your chocolate in a small dish, I do 35 second intervals turning each time til melted. Drizzle over loaf then sprinkle your remaining graham crumbs over top. Cut into 10 equal pieces. * Makes 10 slices

homemade chai latte☕️✨✨ every time i make chai concentrate, my entire house smells like sweet spicy goodness! i’ve gotten a few questions from my stories about how i make my chai, so i decided to make a post! the recipe makes about a mason jar’s worth, but you might want to double it because i promise it’ll be gone in no time😜 || #recipe 8 bags of black tea 4 cinnamon sticks 3 inch section of ginger root cut into 1/2 inch sections 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp nutmeg 3 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean split and scraped) 1/2 tsp peppercorns 1 tsp whole cloves 1/2 tbsp cardamom (or 10 cardamom pods crushed) 1/4 cup sweetener (i use erythritol, but you can use honey or maple syrup or any other sugar!) (add more cardamom for a spicier chai, or more sweetener if you like a sweeter chai!) pour 5 cups of water into a medium sized pot and place on the stove. once the water starts to boil, reduce heat, add all ingredients, and let simmer. after 20 min, pour the concentrate through a thin strainer to remove all the residual spices. || chai latte #dEATS use equal parts chai concentrate and whatever milk you like — i like to use @silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk w/ cinnamon. enjoy warm or iced🥰

who else remembers as a kid eating taquitos all the time 😩 I used to eat them so much, especially at my beach house! I haven’t had them in years and for some reason really really craving them lol I switch up my childhood favorite chicken taquitos and made buffalo avocado taquitos 👀🙊 this is a great way to use up any left over chicken from the night before! i had baked chicken just with @mrsdashrecipes garlic and herb, i shredded the chicken down after (1 breast). In a bowl I add the chicken and 2 tbsp hot sauce (my mom gets one from a farmers market around here that is amazing!). Stir and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Lay out @sietefoods almond flour tortillas ( i made 4 out of one small chicken breast!). Mash up avocado and smear on tortilla. Sprinkle pepper. In a medium skillet heat up 1 tbsp avocado oil and 1/4 cup green bell peppers and 1/4 cup onions. Sauté till onions are brown. Add onions and peppers to the bowl with chicken. Stir well. With a spoon, scoop mixture onto tortillas. I made mine extraaaa packed so you could definitely get more taquitos then 4! Roll up tortillas. In a large skillet heat up 2 tbsp avocado oil (low-medium) and add taquitos (making sure you put down the side that shows the fold). Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. I cooked for 2 min on the sides as well to get some extra crispness. Guys these were soooo good! I love this brand because their products are so natural and dairy free which is something I look for ✨ the ingredient list - chicken breast - @sietefoods almond flour tortillas - 2 tbsp hot sauce - 1/4 cup green pepper - 1/4 cup onions - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 avocado - black pepper - 3 tbsp avocado oil Seriously so good and super easy to make! 👊✊ Still here. Slowly rebuilding consistency. Starting to turn it up. Working on new things across the board. This is part of it. Consistency is key, but I already said that. See, practice what you preach. 😅😂 Been in the kitchen a lot more lately. Quarantine though ... we stocked up on bread and pasta and I’m feeling it. Making changes for the better week after week. First was some cooking. Last week was more walking. This week is more intense walking and stretching. Eating better and counting calories until I reestablish my baseline. I keep trying to think I’ll see the results I want with an effort that is inconsistent but earnest. Truth is, it’s time to treat this like another job, show up and be honest. Mouthwatering, garlicky savory, herb-y dish. . Simple made from scratch ready in less than 20 minutes! . Slice 2 large bell peppers or handful mini bell peppers. (Colorful peppers make for a colorful plate.) . + Dice 1/2 sweet onion (use less if you prefer) . + Dice 1 tomato . + cut pre cooked chicken into small pieces . + One small handful of spinach washed and slightly dried. .
