After more than 50 home workouts, a lot of sweat and despair, it was finally time today to enter my beloved gym again. 🤩
At first it was too much for me to switch from my gym to home workouts because I was used to the heavy weights. 🏋🏼♂️ But over time I was happy to be able to train at all and I found good alternatives for my trainings at home. (Lots of high reps, resistance bands, some weights I had at home) 🙋🏽♀️ -
I always ate enough according to my calorie needs and kept my protein intake high. 🍳
As you can see, almost nothing has changed and I'm very happy about that. If you adapt to the situation and make the best of it, you can do everything. -
